What is NowPlayingUtah.com's Free Night promotion?

Free Night encourages Utahn’s to experience cultural events they wouldn’t otherwise experience.

Free Night is part of National Arts and Humanities Month celebrations and we are grateful to our state partners on the arts and humanities month project: Utah Division of Arts & Museums, Utah Humanities, Utah Museums Association, and Utah Cultural Alliance.

How does the program work?

Beginning September 3rd, click Sign In at the top of the screen and create your profile. This profile creation allows you to see all the experiences that Utah arts organizations have made available to Free Night patrons on the Free Night of Art Calendar tab. 

Select the top two performances/experiences that you'd like to see, and enter for your chance to win a pair of tickets or admission vouchers! When choosing the experiences for which you'd like to win tickets or vouchers to, please keep in mind that your chances of winning will increase if you choose organizations which you've never been to previously.

When the lottery entry window closes on September 17th, all entries will be finalized. On September 25th, you will receive an email letting you know if you've won tickets or not. It's that easy!

Please note: Free Night is intended to give audiences an opportunity to experience new arts organizations - so please select experiences with organizations which you haven't visited previously. There are plenty to choose from!
